CPSP Failure investigation

 This is an inspirational post!

To all the heart broken students who used to inbox me about their exam /failures/ who find it difficult  to continue the career or pursue post graduation exam  with family and kids, let me tell you that it's tough but it can be done. A little word of advice :๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’

1. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ชPassion!  That's the most important thing you need.by God U can win ant battle with passion only..it's fearless pursuit of your dreams come true

2. Focus!  Choose your battles wisely. Dont engage yourself in unnecessary things, quarrels or grievances. This will only shatter you or distract your mind. In specific the typical  family interference culture we have, you have to ignore many things on many occasions for a later good. Be it workplace or a family gathering, you need to be very clear about your aims.

3. Time management. ๐Ÿ•’

We all have been listening this advice that everyone has got the same 24 hours but the output is different. So being a working mother time management is what will save you at many occasions. Cooking a few meals together and freezing them, ironing set of clothes on Sundays, buying things in advance, anticipation and a lot more

4. Take a BREAK! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ‘ฏ

Yes you read it right. Take a break when you feel exhausted, dine out, watch a movie, go to  the sea, feel the waves, play with your kids, hangout with friends. Training, on call duties, working on public holidays, this is all frustrating and a time comes when you can't cope up the pressure. And that's normal. So inspite of bad performance, get a break, relax, replenish your energies and take a new start. For u I mean study die hard 8 hours and one hour is your break (for my students)

5. Dedication! ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿคœ

Dedication to your work and towards your patients, towards clearing any exam  is what will bring you honour, confidence and the inner peace. Those who are devoted to their training stand different among their colleagues. Don't give excuses at workplace or expect favours. Own your responsibilities and perform them well.

6.  Support System๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿค

A good support system at home is a must. You can only perform well if you are at mental peace that all is well at home. Be it a trustworthy maid or your family members who take care of your kids is very important. A cooperative partner will make your life easy. You need to explain them your work life, your routines and the troubles you face at work. It's

important to share, remember that!

(For me it's my maid)

Zero support form own parents n parents in law

7. Prayers!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ They work like meditation  ✓✓✓✓

There's one who is above and knows everything, even before you tell Him. Trust Him, talk to Him, tell Him your troubles and ask Him for solutions. It works WONDERS ♥

GTD SEP 2020 GREENTOP GUIDELINE (NO 38) SHORT SUMMARY

GESTATIONAL TROPHOBLASTIC DISEASE (GTG38 ) SEP 2020 Definition   Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) comprises a group of disorders spanning the premalignant conditions of complete and partial molar pregnancies (also known as hydatidiform moles) through to the malignant conditions of invasive mole, choriocarcinoma and the very rare placental site trophoblastic tumour (PSTT) and epithelioid trophoblastic tumour (ETT). The malignant potential of atypical placental site nodules (PSNs) remains unclear. If there is any evidence of persistence of GTD after primary treatment, most commonly defined as a persistent elevation of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), the condition is referred to as gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN). The diagnosis of GTN does not require histological confirmation.   The diagnosis of complete mole, partial mole, atypical PSN and PSTT/ETT does require histological confirmation.   How do molar pregnancies present to the clinicia...
